Reversing a trial court's decision finding underinsured motorist coverage, a New York appeals court has ruled that a woman who was bitten by a dog in a car parked in a parking lot while she was walking by was not entitled to UIM coverage under her own automobile insurance policy because the incident did not arise "out of the ownership, maintenance, or use of an underinsured vehicle."
