How Can an Insurer Plead Diversity in a Coverage Action Where It Cannot Reasonably Ascertain Facts Supporting Jurisdiction?
It typically is a rather straightforward matter when an insurance company pleads diversity jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. §1332.
