Overheard on BenefitsPro

Forget the Senate. There is a big case going on with a Federal Appeals Court involving a WA based bottling company. The bottler attacks the Obama Administration for its recess appointments to the NLRB when technically the Senate wasn't in recess (just like the Dems have done in the past when they wanted to block recess appointments). Obama stacked the NLRB with his union cronies since he couldn't get them approved through a normal nomination process in the Senate. Unlike previous POTUS, Obama skirts the rules and Harry Reid acts like he's never done the same thing to block Bush's appointments. Pretty blatant hypocrisy to say the least. Employers don't want Unions but the Obama Administration and Dems are totally beholding to them. That's why we have such humongous unfunded pension and retiree benefits obligations in the Blue States in particular.
