Ross is way off base. All HSAs have FREE, yes no cost, preventive care. No barriers at all. In addition if the employer is funding this account for the employee then in all actuality the employee also has NO COST visits until they have used up the HSA deposit. This is not true with CO-Pay plans where they have to pay more premium, co-pays, and partial deductibles for extra diagnostics.
