Mississippi Supreme: No Coverage for Accident Where Policy Was Void Due to Insured's Misrepresentation
The Mississippi Supreme Court, reversing a trial court's decision, has ruled that an automobile insurance policy was void as a result of the insured's failure to list her boyfriend as a regular, frequent driver of her car, and that as a result the insurer was not obligated to provide any liability coverage for an accident in which he was involved.
