After an intersection collision between a crop sprayer and a motorcycle, the motorcyclists sought damages for their injuries through a policy insuring the owner of the crop sprayer. The South Dakota Supreme Court, reversing a trial court decision, has ruled that the insurer did not have a duty to defend and indemnify the driver of the crop sprayer, who had borrowed the crop sprayer from the owner.
