The Love Is Fading for Digital Banking

The Love Is Fading for Digital Banking, Study Finds

According to a new survey, more than two-thirds of Americans aren't exactly in love with their digital banking offerings these days, and many are ready to walk away from their financial institutions because of it. The study found that 68% of Americans who have used digital banking in the past 12 months were frustrated with the experience.

More alarming is the number of American digital banking users (32%) who are willing to leave their current banking relationship for a better digital experience.

Members are expecting more out of their mobile and online banking experiences now than ever before, and credit union executives must elevate and expand the features and functionality they provide to their members via mobile devices, or credit unions quickly risk becoming uncompetitive.

Learn more about how credit unions can keep pace with innovation around the digital experience.
