Wisconsin Bill Sought to Offer Civil Remedy for Workplace Bullying

Workers' compensation plaintiffs' attorneys frequently get calls from people who claim to be victims of an abusive work environment. However, unless the "bullying" is tied to sexual harassment, age or gender discrimination, the attorneys generally have to deliver bad news: "Sorry, not covered."
