A federal district court in Missouri has rejected efforts by the Audrain County Joint Communications ("ACJC"), a tax-funded 911 call center that is a political subdivision of the State of Missouri, to reform its general liability insurance policy on the ground of mutual mistake to include an endorsement that the purchase of the insurance did not waive ACJC's sovereign immunity for tort liability provided for by Missouri law.
