An appellate court in Maryland, affirming a lower court’s decision reversing a ruling by the Maryland Insurance Administration, has determined that an owned but uninsured exclusion in a taxi driver’s personal automobile liability insurance policy precluded coverage for his claim for personal injury protection coverage for an accident that occurred while he was occupying his taxicab.
