Our e-News readers didn't need the luck of the Irish last week. Fifty-two percent were already familiar with what can happen when party-goers file into cars after too many green beers. In 2008 alone, there were 134 crash fatalities on St. Patrick's Day. Of that number, 50 people perished in collisions involving at least one driver or motorcyclist with a BAC of 0.08 or higher.
