For 80 years, The
National Underwriter Company has brought the property and casualty
insurance industry the FC&S—the publication so used and
respected in the industry that it is frequently cited in court
cases. Its editors have consistently been sought out for litigation
support and expert witness services. We realize the critical
importance of litigation support and expert analysis to the industry
and have formalized the program to better meet its demands. The
experts behind FC&S may be retained for specific litigation
support and expert witness services. They can:
- review policy forms and lawsuit
allegations to determine coverage issues
- provide an objective opinion as to the
merits of an insurance-coverage case
- offer expert information on how
insurance policy language should be interpreted and applied to a specific
set of circumstances
