For 80 years, The National Underwriter Company has brought the property and casualty insurance industry the FC&S—the publication so used and respected in the industry that it is frequently cited in court cases. Its editors have consistently been sought out for litigation support and expert witness services. We realize the critical importance of litigation support and expert analysis to the industry and have formalized the program to better meet its demands. • review policy forms and lawsuit allegations to determine coverage issues
