What upsets me is that a client had a bad experiece with their Broker. While I have to believe that every Broker works hard to please their clients...every now and then a carrier places the Broker in a difficult position where the Broker takes the blame an issue that the carrier can't resolve. I am sure this will change once clients go direct with carriers (lol).
