Overheard on BenefitsPro

This goes beyond health reform. Health care is reactionary to a condition already in progress. Prevention is the key. People have to start taking individual responsibility for eating better foods and getting more exercise. And that doesn't necessarily mean spending money on a gym membership or Jenny Craig. Go for a walk, eat fruits and vegetables, control your portions, and stop eating fast food everyday. This lack of responsibility penalizes all of us.
