How much of this hiring is from providers switching out of private practice to work for these behemoth ACOs that are forming everywhere like syndicates to insulate themselves as best as possible from total Gov't intervention in the market? Daily I see the announcements about all the physicians going on the payroll of these Hospital based systems. Is this really a surge?
