It would be curious to see the questions asked in the poll. Did it ask about the taxes on devises, the taxes on businesses, the taxes on real estate transactions? In other words, were the poll questions focusing on just the items everyone can agree on, or was it a broad cross section that included the horribly rotten parts. This massive legislation was not necessary to cover the uninsured and to adjust on pre-existing conditions.
