I am in the middle of doing an enollment now where family coverage is going up $58 monthly, the deductible has increased and so has the co-insurance per centage. And yes, so has the copay, ie: the ER has a $250 co-pay. These people REALY, REALLY need voluntary products to offset these costs, but most cannot afford them.
