I believe it has been a very good implementation. Previously employees did not realize that they were involved in any fees. Either 1) the disclosures were so well written that not a lot of people had questions or 2) we are all still in need of explaining what the fees mean on the statements that are being sent out. 401K's are still foriegn to a majority of people. They think that if they put their money into a suggested fund and let it sit there it will gain as much money as it ever will. I don't believe they realize if they move it around and pay attention to the new disclosures on their statements they could gain more. My opinion is it was the right thing to do but we still have some educating that needs to be done.
