Bottom line is "the devil is in the details" in the sense that we are having to adapt to their system rather than adapting to the way our world documents and proceeds. Most of the systems are extremely cumbersome. My main issue is I cannot afford a system in my practice. When I went to superbills in the 80's, programs were expensive and cumbersome and not specialty specific. Therefore I learned DOS and set up my own program. Problem now is that IT is much too complex to take on that task.
