Hmm—now why am I not surprised to find out that this program could not financially support itself. Now let's take the same look at healthcare! Please tell me why I should pay for health insurance rather than pay the less expensive penalty (if one is even going to exist) when I can just sign up for health insurance when I need it and the insurance company will have to cover me?
