We are one of the few States that has an operating Exchange. Three companies are inside the exchange at this time. I have not found it to be competitve at this point in time and I quote inside and outside of the exchange for all of my accounts. The only time, the exchange has been close in premiums, is when there is a major medical problem within the group. But I haven't found them tobe competitive with the existing renewing company as of yet.
