 I had set my FSA amount this year at $3500.00 and that amount was used up by June 15 of this year. I have put out another $3000.00 to date, Oct 1. I was going to add at least another $1,000.00 on next year's FSA amount. I can't do that now. My wife was told in June that she has Ovarian cancer that has speed to her lungs and stomach. Now anything over the $2,500.00 will have to be paid with after tax money. This was not a good idea!
