I've heard the phrase 'pay your fair share' when it applies to taxes and it is a nice political talking point but I've never heard the phrase fair share quantified by it's proponents. Does anyone out there know what the elusive number is? As an actual tax payer the answer to this question is important with regard to the Presidential election.
