The new demon for healthcare is shifting from the evil insurer to the Federal Gov't and particularly with Obamacare. Providers will not accept a $700 Billion dollar cut in reimbursement. The Romney/Ryan approach creates a competitive model over time that will be much more palatable to healthcare providers as opposed to a top down model courtesy of Big Gov't with the unaccountable politburo IPAB. It's akin to a Soviet style model.
