It's true that the Legislation says nothing about people being forced to rely on the government for their Healthcare. However, it really stacks the deck against employers to the extent that mahy small employers are planning to pay the penalty and tell their employees to go to the exchanges. Agents that work in the small group market better hve another revenue stream figured out. The law was designed to put you out of business. As usual, Obama is lying through his teeth!
