Mr. Sullivan is correct on at least one point. Our current system of health care financing is unsustainable. Where I disagree is that PPACA will help to reduce cost. Evidence thus far is that the mandates for no cost preventive care have actually cost employers 3% to 4% more. The current Administration did absolutely nothing to take on the rising cost of physician services, hospital services or prescription drugs, which are the major factors driving healthcare and health insurance costs...
