There should be a deduction on insurance so the ones paying are not underwritig those that don't have insurance. The BIG INS"S don't explain that since that would be a reduction in the bill we all pay. The other alternative is that those without just do without health care. I saw a comment earlier they can get $4.00 drugs from Walmart and that shoud tied them over with the cancer pain and the would be patient can buy some more stuff while there.
