This hightlights what I have been saying for a while now...any broker consultant worth a darn should be working to explain and help communicate these features as a result of obamacare and QHDHP's (some had started to offer 100% for preventive before PPACA). The real question though is more philosphical in nature, and that is what is the role of insurance and healthcare in an average american's life. We sure don't miss american idol but having to learn a little more about how our insurance works is an aggregious sin that we just shouldn't be bothered with.
