Having said that, perhaps I'm being too tough. So here are some love thoughts: We employees get compensated by our employers for meeting certain requirements, right? We show up on time, we complete our work, we exceed expectations, we learn and develop, etc. We might also need to pass a drug test or competency test to get or keep our job. But we also get benefits from our employers. They subsidize the insurance costs to pay for our medical/dental care. So why not have requirements to meet in order to participate in the plan?
