I'm sorry, I don't understand. The Supreme Court is deciding if the Goverment can mandate that an Individual has to have Health Insurance or face paying a penalty. Then tell me what the difference is from this and the Medicare Part D? The Government mandated in 2005 that a person who is eligible for Medicare must enroll in Part D or face a penalty. What is a waste is the fact that all the time and millions of dollars being spent on a legal decision that already has a legal precedent.
