This article is so one-sided in favor of Obama and his unconstitutional law. No talk of the liberals on the court putting aside their ideology. Why? We're supposed to assume that the reasonable argument is that Obamacare is constitutional, right? Nonsense. There is nothing constitutional about this bogus law. Why isn't Justice Kagan, Obama's Solicitor General when this law was debated, recusing herself? Because only the justices appointed by Republicans are to have their motives questioned. Typical liberal double standard.
