I always advise my clients and their employees on high deductible plans that if the procedure is listed as diagnostic and not routine, then it is subject to the deductible. I'll bet this guy paid more attention to the details of his car loan than that of his health insurance policy. After all, personal responsibility is the dream of the conservatives, isn't it?
