Candidate will provide legal advice on the documentation, disclosure, and administration of a defined benefit pension plan (which includes a cash balance feature), 401(k) plan, health and welfare benefit plans, excess benefit plans, compensation plans, and other such programs maintained by the company. Candidate will be the primary resource for legal advice on the company's benefits and compensation-related issues (including executive compensation) and will be responsible for the preparation and/or review of plan documents, summary plan descriptions, employee communications, CD&A section of the proxy, board resolutions, trust agreements, and contracts.
