In a case of first impression, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court has ruled that Pennsylvania insurance law terminates coverage for all “risks in effect” under a service contract reimbursement insurance policy no later than 30 days after the insurer enters liquidation, notwithstanding that the insurance policy had been cancelled before the liquidation date.
