The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit has affirmed a Florida district court's decision requiring arbitration in California of an insurance coverage dispute between the holder of a judgment against the insured and the insured's insurance carrier, notwithstanding the provisions of the McCarran-Ferguson Act and applicable Florida law that arguably did not require the judgment holder to arbitrate at all.
