A Colorado court has ruled that an administrative law judge could not reopen a settlement of a workers' compensation claim on the grounds of mutual mistake of material fact where the worker discovered an injury unknown at the time of the settlement that was related to the original injury, but the settlement stated that the worker waived his right to ask for compensation for any unknown injuries.
