The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, affirming a decision by the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, has ruled that an insurance company was not obligated to defend its insured against claims that vapors from the insured's spray polyurethane foam insulation had caused bodily injuries and property damage to homeowners. Read More
