PWC: Insurance Sector Near Top of Fraud-Impacted Businesses
According to a global economic crime survey released by PricewaterhouseCoopers, the insurance industry was the second most fraud-prone sector behind communications. Analyzing data from more than 3,000 respondents, the consulting firm found that many companies have more than tripled their use of fraud risk management to quell fraud.
